Dfine Health Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation
1. Customers can cancel their booking any time before the sample collection is done. No cancellation charges will be applied.
2. No cancellation will be allowed post sample collection.
Refund
1. Customers need to raise their refund request either by calling +91 8929630030 or writing an email to info@dfinehealth.com
2. Refunds might take 5-7 business days to get credited in the customer's account.
3. Refund for any cash transaction will be credited in Customer's Dfinehealth.com Wallet only.
4. No refund request will be entertained once the Lab has generated the test report.
5. No refund request will be entertained 7 days after a sample collection has been done.
